These terms govern your use of yumekiru.com. By browsing the site, downloading a wallpaper or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
yumekiru is a free wallpaper gallery with an optional print-on-demand shop attached. Wallpapers are provided free of charge with no account required. Physical products are made to order by third-party print providers and shipped worldwide.
All images on this site are original works owned by yumekiru. Downloading a wallpaper grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it — it does not transfer ownership.
The full terms of that licence, including what's permitted without asking and what needs permission, are on the licence page, which forms part of these terms. In summary: personal use is unrestricted and needs no attribution; commercial use, resale and redistribution require written permission.
The yumekiru name, logo and site design are also our property and may not be used without permission.

We may restrict access to anyone who does. Downloads are for individuals — if you need the collection in bulk for a legitimate reason, just ask.
Delivery timeframes are on the shipping page; refunds and replacements are covered by our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. By paying you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method. Your use of Stripe's checkout is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
The site carries third-party advertising. We don't control the content of those ads and we're not responsible for advertisers' products, services or websites. How advertising cookies work, and how to opt out of personalisation, is set out in the privacy policy.
Our guides are provided for general information. They describe operating system behaviour that changes with updates, and some of them describe registry edits and similar changes to your own system. Follow them at your own risk and back up anything important first.
We aim to keep the site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Content, wallpapers, products and prices may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
