What we collect, who touches it, and how to make us delete it.
This policy covers yumekiru.com ("we", "us"). It explains what personal information the site collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email[email protected] and we'll answer.
Like any website, our host records standard server data: your IP address, browser type and version, the page you requested, the referring page, and a timestamp. This is used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
If you buy from the shop, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and phone number. This is the minimum needed to produce your item and get it to you.
We never see your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own checkout page. Your card number, expiry and security code are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never sent to, stored on, or accessible from our servers.
We keep the message and your address for as long as needed to deal with your query, and to reference it if you write again.
This site is free to use and is funded partly by advertising. That advertising uses cookies, and you should know how.
Opting out of personalised ads does not remove advertising from the site — it means the ads you see are no longer selected based on your browsing history.
| Purpose | Set by | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Shopping cart | yumekiru (browser local storage) | Remembers what you added, so it survives a page reload. Stored on your device only — it is never sent to us until you check out. |
| Payment & fraud prevention | Stripe | Required for checkout to function securely. |
| Advertising | Google and its partners | Ad selection, frequency capping and measurement. |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not affect wallpaper downloads; it will break the shopping cart.
We share personal information only with the services needed to run the site:
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose information if legally required to do so.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Under theGDPR (EEA and UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) these rights are legally guaranteed. We extend them to everyone regardless of location.
To exercise any of them, email[email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for a request or treat you differently for making one.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Payment data never reaches our infrastructure. Order information is handled through the authenticated APIs of Stripe and Printify. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold as little as possible, which is the most effective protection available.
Our hosting, payment and fulfilment providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. These providers maintain their own safeguards for international transfers.
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
