yumekiru is an independent one-person project, so there's no ticket queue and no support bot — just an inbox. To get a useful answer fastest, include the relevant details from the sections below.

Order questions

Include your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and, if something arrived wrong or damaged, a photo. That's usually enough to resolve it in one exchange.

• Where is my order? Everything is made to order — seeshipping times before assuming something's gone wrong. Production alone is 2–5 business days.
• Wrong, damaged or misprinted item? We'll replace it or refund you. Seereturns and refunds.
• Need to cancel or change an address? Email immediately. Once production starts we can't stop it, and that window is roughly two hours.

Problems with a wallpaper

Tell us the wallpaper title or the URL of the page it's on. Things worth reporting:

• A download that fails or produces a corrupt file.
• An image that looks wrong at full size — artefacts, banding, or something that isn't in the preview.
• A title or tag that doesn't match the picture. These get fixed quickly and we genuinely want to know.
• A copyright concern. If you believe an image infringes something, email us with the details and we'll take it down while we investigate.

Licensing and commercial use

Personal use needs no permission at all — read the licence first, it probably already covers you. If you want to use a wallpaper commercially (on products for sale, as branding, in a paid product), email us with what you have in mind. We usually say yes.

Requests and suggestions

Want a particular theme, colour palette, or an ultrawide or specific phone resolution? Say so. Requests genuinely influence what gets generated next, and the ones that come up repeatedly get made.

What we can't help with

• Custom or commissioned artwork. yumekiru isn't a commission service.
• Character design, ArtStation or Toyhouse enquiries. We're a wallpaper gallery — if you've been directed here for one of those, it's a mix-up.
• Payment disputes. Card issues go through Stripe; contact us first and we'll almost always sort it out directly.
