Skylines, streets and window light.
Cities at night are essentially thousands of small light sources on a dark ground — structurally the same thing that makes star fields work, but with geometry. That gives you a dark, evenly-detailed image with warmth spread across the whole frame rather than pooled in one place.
The set covers distant skylines, street-level scenes in rain, rooftops and bridges. The rain frames are worth singling out: wet surfaces double every light source, which roughly doubles the visual information without adding any new subject. Daylight urban frames are here too, and they're a much brighter proposition — closer to the nature set in feel than to the night city scenes.
Tip: Night city images have thousands of tiny bright points on dark ground, which is the exact pattern lossy compression handles worst. Go lossless.
